I bought 6 bikes between cycle craft and Boston Harley under the original owners over the years and it was good i was always treated right but the last two were from the new owners and I have to say it was a great experience. the night I signed on the line we were there about an hour after closing they didnt rush me I took my time with my wife and I got a deal that even I couldn't believe(and I'm Italian) .I had service work done and the mechanic came out and shook my hand. Where does a mechanic take the time to shake your hand? You feel like a friend and not a number there. Frank Ernie and Sean are great people and I have to say bravo, great team. like yourselves I'm involved in a franchise, and we are constantly reminded of customer service. We are told that we are being measured by our customers with a CSI rating at all times. As a business owner I always embrace how I am treated as a customer when I shop or enjoy a service. This all being said, I want to congratulate you and your staff, from the ladies in clothing ( I spoke with two ) to the guy's out front with sales ( even the young clean cut new guy ). Word of mouth drove me to your store that was a product of Big Bob and his attention to detail and how he helped one of my school friends. Now for the better news I travel four times a year for business all over the US, I go to a Harley store in all of these cities. I have a group of riding buddies that I buy t-shirts' for. I want to tell you I was treated the best I have been treated out of over 30 harley stores across the US. Congrats on a great store culture. By: James M |

I just purchased my 2011 Heritage Soft tial and love the bike. The sales people were fine and Theresa was able to work with me thru all of the different bikes available. No pressure but did stay on top of the sale. Service has not been used yet but I have been back to the store a couple of times for toys. Parts and Accessories have been great. The only slight draw back came when I found out after I had driven back to my bank to get a bank check, that the finance rate quoted by the sales group was not what I could have financed the bike for. Sales quoted me a 9% interset and the finance people quoted me a 4%. My bank was lower at 3%, but the difference between 3 & 4% would have been minimal. All in all a very good experience. Nice bunch of guys . No problems with sales service or parts. just tell them what you want and they will do what they can to make it happen.
