  • Motorcycle Sales Associate

    Attention Cycle Enthusiasts! Join our team and earn solid commissions selling the hottest motorcycles on the planet! Help customers to achieve the dream, owning their own Harley-Davidson® motorcycle! This position requires excellent people skills, a license to ride and/or previous sales experience.

  • Service Advisor

    Assist the Service Manager in maintaining a smooth-running, efficient service department with a high degree of customer satisfaction. As service advisor, you will be expected to: Diagnose problems accurately and clearly describe them on a repair order. Estimate costs and completion times and communicate them to our customers. Assign work to technicians based on skill level and current resource utilization. Review work-in-progress to ensure quality and timeliness. Perform the cashier function as needed. Position requires some knowledge of motorcycles and 2-3 years of service experience in a motorcycle or auto dealership. You must possess exceptional customer service and sales skills. Strong computer skills are required. This position offers excellent earnings potential.

  • Parts Department Associate

    Assist customers with selection of approved Harley-Davidson® parts and accessories. Research parts requirements, as appropriate. Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in and telephone guests, handling all sales transactions quickly and courteously. Ensure merchandise displays and shelves are clean, orderly and well-stocked. Balance cash drawer at the end of each day. Position requires some knowledge of motorcycle operations, parts and repair. Must possess ability to work with several customers at one time while maintaining customer service. Prior Harley-Davidson experience is highly desireable.

  • MotorClothes® Merchandise Associate

    Create a positive shopping experience for our customers. Assist guests with their selections of Genuine Harley-Davidson® merchandise and fashions. Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in and telephone guests, handling all sales transactions quickly and courteously. Ensure merchandise displays and shelves are clean, orderly and well-stocked. Help maintain accurate customer mailing lists. Balance cash drawer at the end of each day. Position requires excellent customer service skills and prior retail sales experience.

  • Service Technician

    Repair, customize, maintain or overhaul Harley-Davidson® motorcycles in accordance with quality factory specifications. Assist service writer with preparing work orders, customer communications, test rides or other issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Notify service writer when additional work is needed or when completion delays are anticipated. Assist less-experienced service technicians with more complex repairs to ensure quality workmanship. Maintain productivity (billable time) as close to 100% as possible. Strive to eliminate "comebacks". Requires completion of all factory-authorized training programs (such as MMI Service School and Harley-Davidson's PhD program) and 3-5 years of H-D motorcycle repair experience. MUST have current motorcycle license and own set of tools.
