I recently decided to purchase a Harley Davidson. It was something I have wanted for many, many years now. I stopped in to visit Bruce Rossmeyer in Everett. Upon entering I was warmly greeted by the receptionist and then greeted by Chris Luczkiewicz. He is a terrific and friendly person who was able to answer all of my questions and made me feel extremely comfortable in my shopping experience there. I never felt pressured into anything.
As a smart consumer I contacted several other dealers in the state and was not impressed at all by their service. I was rudely spoken to at one and another didnt seem to want to discuss any options on the phone.
I am a small business owner and have built my success on one thing. The complete satisfaction of my customers.I know and understand what customer service is and how important it is.
You should very proud to employ such people like Chris.
I did purchase my Motorcycle there and after siging my papers, Chris introduced me to the head of your service dept. He wanted me to be very familiar with what you have to offer and feel like part of the family. He also introduced me to Tracy who helped me find my first helmut.
I cannot tell you how happy I am with my new Harley Davidson. I also cannot tell you in words how happy I am with your dealership.
