"Have been to a lot of Harley Dealers most unless you have purchased from them before, are very hard to deal with like you are a distraction and they have better things to do. Not like that with Boston Harley. From the moment you walk in the door and are greeted by the person at the front desk, you can tell this dealership is different. A very helpfull and courteous staff who will answer any and all questions. No pressure to buy, they are there to assist you any way they can. I have ridden a older Goldwing for the past 6 years and have always been turned off by Harley Dealerships. not this time purchased a 2010 Ultra Classic. What a difference this type of customer attention can make. I would have stayed with Honda if this Dealership was like most of the Harley dealers I have been to in the past. Also your Business Manager was not like others in Car & Motorcycl Dealerships I have bought from in the past who try and sell every gimmic & product out there. He asked questions and made reccommendations. Some items he said might be worth purchasing, some he said would probably be a waste of money for my situation. He made me feel as if he was looking out for my best interest and not just trying to boost sales. When I came back to take delivery, every employee I came in contact with came over and said congratulations, shook my hand and told me that should I have any questions or need anything to just ask. "I had been thimking about buying a 2009 Ultra even though I had a 2007 one. All the positive changes made it to tempting not to. So I went to Boston HD when they had a deal that was to good to pass up. I dealt with Erik Duchak in sales and Jason Tardiff the general sales manager and I have nothing but praise for their professional and frindly manners in dealing with them. I had some extra's added to the bike and had to return form some items that where late coming in and I have to say that Matt Stoddard from service was one of the best service people I have ever delt with. I have nothing but praise for the entire staff. From the girl's that greet you at the door when you come in to the sales and service staff to the girls in the accessories and clothing department. "Just wanted to say that even though I wasnt able to get a bike just yet, I wasnt treated any differently by Broadie (the salesman that was helping me) He took me through different features on the different bikes and really took the time to make sure i understood everything that he was teaching me about the bikes. I recently decided to purchase a Harley Davidson. It was something I have wanted for many, many years now. I stopped in to visit Bruce Rossmeyer in Everett. Upon entering I was warmly greeted by the receptionist and then greeted by Chris Luczkiewicz. He is a terrific and friendly person who was able to answer all of my questions and made me feel extremely comfortable in my shopping experience there. I never felt pressured into anything.
As a smart consumer I contacted several other dealers in the state and was not impressed at all by their service. I was rudely spoken to at one and another didnt seem to want to discuss any options on the phone.
I am a small business owner and have built my success on one thing. The complete satisfaction of my customers.I know and understand what customer service is and how important it is.
You should very proud to employ such people like Chris.
I did purchase my Motorcycle there and after siging my papers, Chris introduced me to the head of your service dept. He wanted me to be very familiar with what you have to offer and feel like part of the family. He also introduced me to Tracy who helped me find my first helmut.
I cannot tell you how happy I am with my new Harley Davidson. I also cannot tell you in words how happy I am with your dealership.
